CZSpeed.NET - Short summarize of web in english

So I'll try to introduce the CZSpeed.NET project to non-czech speaking people like you. We are building a regional wireless community computer network under that name, which now covers a big piece of Prague 6 - Liboc, Sidliste na Dedine, Bila Hora, Ruzyne and aroundhood. Beside the high speed internet access the network offers a wide variety of services, like online gameplay, local data sharing, online radio stations etc. Our network is a part of CZFree.NET metropolitan network project, covering whole Prague and other cities.

Everybody is welcome in our network. Many members uses only our internet gateway(as an alternative to overpriced commercial ADSL/cable offers), while others ae using also the variety of local services. To join our network, you need a visibility to one of our hotspots from your house and 2,4GHz Wifi 802.11b compatible AP/WiFi card plus high-gain directional antena. The price of instalation including hardware, work and one time network infrastructure allowance is around 1500 to 7000 CZK, depending on your location, technical posibilities and technology used. Of course you can do it yourself, we'll gladly help you with that. The technology is able to serve several clients, so if you contact your neighborhood, you can share the initial investition together.
